Thomas Mathew is a memoir writer and diet guide dedicated to empowering individuals to make informed choices about their food. Originally from Kerala, India, he spent three decades in the food industry before starting a new chapter. At the age of 19, Mathew moved to the USA to seek better opportunities for his business career. After retiring, he focused on educating people about healthy eating and making independent food choices. His motivation stemmed from personal experience, particularly facing a heart attack at the age of 33. This life-altering event ignited his passion for nutrition and well-being, leading him to understand food’s profound impact on health. Driven by his desire to help others, Mathew dedicated himself to writing a purposeful book aimed at community support. He also actively engages in community service, offering cooking classes to teach individuals how to prepare healthy meals. Now residing in Texas with his family, he continues to advocate for a lifestyle that prioritizes health through informed dietary choices.
